The New College of the Humanities will be hosting two free workshops in March in London which will allow you to engage in a wide variety of discussions surrounding Artificial Intelligence, data science and data ethics, as well as future job prospects.
These workshops will explore the link between advances in technology and the knowledge of humanities necessary to synergise the new world that is developing before us with our existing reality, introducing some the material being considered for a new degree programme.
Artificial Intelligence is a growing industry and ideal for someone looking to diversify their skill set, whether they have a background in the sciences or humanities. Notably, no background is required in AI, Data Science or coding to participate in the workshops. Women and those from ethnic minority backgrounds are especially encouraged to attend.
The workshops are part of the development of an innovative new masters degree with the working title MSc Artificial Intelligence with a Human Face, which is currently being devised at NCH, in collaboration with the University Centre Shrewsbury.
