About Jollof Wars

Jollof Wars started life as a scratch performance by The Upsetters and played at The Bunker Theatre in June 2019. Purple Moon Drama commissioned the full-length version for a Black History Month Tour to schools and theatres in East London.  Eight young actors have developed the piece over 16 weeks with Director Robert Awosusi. It’s a celebration of food and family.  Come and see who wins the  ultimate battle at Jollof Wars.
