Talking about Race and Social Justice with Young Children

Join Debbie LeeKeenan, Lecturer, Consultant and Co-Author of Leading Anti-Bias Early Childhood Programs: A Guide for Change. This webinar will provide strategies for talking about race, black lives matter, police violence, and protest with young children in our current context. We will examine shifting from being an inclusive educator to being an anti-racist educator. Practical techniques for facilitating conversations that matter and using children’s literature to promote social justice will be discussed.
