Lessons for Youth from African History

Our Youth African History Classes (geared towards ages 13-18, but open to all) will cover various themes and use African World History to teach youth how our ancestors shaped the dynamic world around them. Each week a unique theme will be presented and an episode or episodes in history will be studied as an example. For the first 5 weeks we will cover:

  1. Building in Times of Chaos
  2. Knowledge
  3. Ambition
  4. Character / Iwa Pele
  5. Defense of Independence

The sessions will last for 5 weeks starting Tuesday April 14th at 12:30 via Zoom
