A dynamic workshop addressing how to show up with confidence and own your accomplishments
As part of Black History Month, we are delighted to be joined by globally recognised Life Coach, Speaker and Positive Psychology Specialist, Tiwalola Ogunlesi. Drawing on her own personal story of struggling with low self-esteem and a negative mindset, Tiwa’s dynamic workshop will address how to show up with confidence and own your accomplishments.
Designed to shift attention way from negative situations like stress, burn out, job insecurity and anxiety, those attending should leave with:
- Practical tips for building confidence, speaking up for yourself and overcoming fear
- Learn to embrace and communicate your worth and personal brand in the workplace
- Learn to identify personal strengths and get comfortable with self-promotion and celebrating wins
This workshop is open to Huckletree members as well as those interested in discovering more about our community. Early registration is essential.
About Tiwa
Tiwalola Ogunlesi is a globally recognised Life Coach, International Speaker, Positive Psychology Specialist and the founder of Confident and Killing It. Having struggled with low self-esteem and a negative mindset for many years, she’s spent the last 3 years on a mission to transform the lives of women all over the world.
After working for Girl Effect, a non-profit founded by the Nike Foundation for a couple years, she left to focus fulltime on building Confident and Killing It – a purpose driven organisation that equips women with tools and strategies for building a positive mindset and being confident. A positive and powerful voice in the midst of an increasingly negative society, Tiwalola is using digital media and transformational experiences to end the cycle of low self-esteem amongst women. She’s widely known as a captivating speaker, one who understands how to infuse self-development and positive psychology with fun and inspiring stories that her audience finds highly relatable. Recently she has delivered interactive experiences for organisations such as Youtube, Morgan Stanley, Facebook and Google.
