The Anti-Racism Directorate (ARD) will be facilitating two Anti-Black Racism presentations for the HRSDD. All HRSDD staff are welcome to attend this introductory presentation to learn the history and purpose of anti-Black racism, examine current barriers and impacts of anti-Black racism and consider how the learnings apply to our day-to-day work as HR professionals.
Please note that Anti-Black Racism is an interactive presentation that requires your active participation and engagement.
If there are any topics, questions or concerns about anti-Black racism that you would like addressed in the presentation, please submit them to raagave.maheswaran@ontario.ca prior to your session.
