An opportunity to delve into Nottingham Black Archive with its founder Dr Panya Banjoko.

 

Examining the artefacts in the Nottingham Black Archive connected to arts and activism, paying particular attention to the many activist organisations such as the Black People’s Freedom Movement of the 1970s. You will learn about documenting the Black presence in Nottingham, providing a chance for you to contribute to the Archive by sharing your story.
