Why Do We Need Black History Month? – An Open Conversation

Fri, 27 September 2019 14:30 – 16:30

During Welcome Induction Week by University of Northampton Students’ Union, there’ll be a number of events on.

However, I will be hosting a roundtable discussion on the importance of Black History Month and the wider significance of Black history in the UK today.

Is British history a whitewash? Do we need to decolonise education?

Do these things impact the student experience? All will be revealed.
