In I Am Somebody, author David Masciotra argues that Jackson’s legacy must be rehabilitated in the history of American politics. David Masciotra worked with Jesse Jackson, conducting over 100 interviews with him in the hope of inspiring a new generation of committed advocates of racial and economic justice.
