Nicola will be talking about her research in racial justice aswell as her new book – The Racial Code: tales of resistance and survival.

Nicola is a Professor of Social Policy & Race at King’s College London and a consultant specialising in racial justice in education and the workplace. Nicola is also a Distinguished Fellow at the Faculty of Education at the University of Cambridge.

In 2020, Nicola was an expert contributor to the BAFTA-winning two-part Channel 4 documentary The School That Tried to End Racism.
