Introductory African Caribbean Adult Acting Class

Thursday 7th April

This is a introductory to Big Peoples Theatre acting classes targeting Black and other communities.

 

This is a introductory African Caribbean Adult Acting Course delivered by Big Peoples Theatre who have training for over 30 years. They produced Good Black Men and Good Black Women and many more productions based on the African Caribbean Community way of life. Lorna Blackman MA will be your drama teacher who is a member of LAMDA and recently been recognised by the Alfred Fagan Foundation for her groups work.

After the taster adults will have the opportunity to sign up for the course where they can pay monthly. Those students that have completed 3 months will have their exam fee paid to take the Entry Stage o Prose and Verse with LAMDA then they can take the choice if they would like to continue taking LAMDA exams at a higher level. The course is also opened for adults that would like to perform ina Children Reggae Musical at the Millfield Theatre
