Ge-ology

Friday 16th September

Baltimore-born, New York-based GE-OLOGY is as elusive as he is talented.

Having worked side-by-side in the early Hip-Hop days with the likes of Mos Def, Talib Kweli and De La Soul; over recent years the DJ-producer extraordinaire has ventured further into the realms of underground dance music, releasing the acclaimed track ‘Moon Circuitry’ with Mark de Clive-Lowe on Theo Parrish’s ‘Sound Signature’ imprint – building high anticipation for his forthcoming LP.

Travelling across continents with selects from his carefully curated yet impossibly deep record collection, the crate-digger is sure to weave between diverse genres seamlessly to bring the Jazz Cafe dancefloor to life.
