Deleted Scene and Brighter Days present Ricky Morrison

Saturday 6th May 2017 - 10pm til 4am

One of the UK’s most respected House DJ’s and Producers, Ricky has been breaking beats since it all began. In 1984 a young Ricky Morrison began spinning at London’s infamous ‘Dance Wicked’, promoted by SOUL II SOUL and went on to be resident at ‘HIGH ON HOPE’ with the legend that is now Norman Jay MBE..

Ricky has gone on to play at many of the best clubs in the world, on every continent. he very much has a style of his own that makes him stand out from the crowd, a style that saw him play the main room at the Southport Weekender five years in a row as the event was returning to its soulful roots in the late 90’s. Also a regular at the Ministry Of SoundFabric & Pacha, Ricky developed a sound for the big rooms these venues offered that filled the space without betraying his soulful roots.

Genuinely one of the most influential producers & DJ’s in the UK house scene from its original days, Ricky has rightfully earned a reputation for delivering big performances and bigger records and is set to release a brand new wave of material in 2017.

Alongside Ricky we present Colin Williams who hosts a fantastic Monday night show ’50 Shades of House’ on D3EP London and has played at many major events across the UK and Europe.

Brad France and Blackwax will be representing Brighter Days on the night.

We will be raising the bar sound wise at this party and bringing in one of the best systems in the count,y, courtesy of GILLMAN AUDIO.. plus as every full Brighter Days decor and excitement.
