Students from the Royal High School Bath are taking to the catwalk to raise funds for their appeal to build a school in Cambodia. “Catwalk for Cambodia” will feature local Wearable Art by local designer Carole Waller of One Two Five Gallery and stunning spring collections by Anthropologie.
The event will be staged at Anthropologie and 5% of sales on the night as well as ticket sales will go to the charity. The show will be supported by Artizan on Bartlett Street & Make Up by MAC at Jolly’s.
The Royal High School is fundraising to build a school for the village of Keo Ropov in Northern Cambodia. Through United World Schools, communities in Cambodia, Nepal and Myanmar are connected with schools in the developed world. Building a village school brings a chance for change and an opportunity to overcome the poverty trap that has blighted these communities so the next generation can gain the skills and knowledge they need to escape the poverty trap.
