Have you ever thought of discovering the Caribbean History of Notting Hill, come and join us for this brand-new tour!

This walking tour in English Level C1,through Notting Hill explores the history and legacy of the Windrush Generation, the Caribbean migrants who settled in Britain from the late 1940s to the early 1970s.

You’ll hear about their experiences including the racism and discrimination they faced, and will learn how, in response, they united to form a vibrant community, a community of resilience and resistance.

Along the way, you’ll also discover the origins of the Notting Hill Carnival, a celebration of Caribbean culture that continues to be enjoyed by over a million people each year.
