This workshop is an introduction into exploring your Ancestral Legacy and how to start/build upon your personal his/herstory.
Family Trees are the starting point ; Parents, GrandParents and Great Grandparents
Selena will share parts of Marcus Garvey’s Family Tree to give you a deeper understanding into how you can explore your family tree.
You will learn:
- How to start your family tree/work on what you have started
- How to search through archives.
- How to connect with archives abroad.
- How to use a variety of media sources.
- How to navigate through misspellings.
- What Resources, Sites and Genealogy spaces you can learn from.
