Spend healing time in nature with a collective of Black Men prioritising inner happiness and wellbeing. Join teachers Pablo & Michael at our unique workshop on Sept 2nd to tap into the transformative power of conscious movement, meditation and ancient healing practices.
This is a space for Black (& mixed race) men of African descent, to come together to tend to our wellbeing. We will use breathing practices, mediation, conscious movement and ancient knowledge to connect to our transformative power.
This unique 3 hour workshop will be led by celebrated Afrikan Yoga pioneer – Pablo Imani (Kenya) and legendary Soul Motion leader, Michael Molin-Skelton (🇺🇸).
