TRAINING OVERVIEW

This training allows new and experienced mentors to explore and develop confidence in what youth mentoring is for people of colour.

Attendees will explore styles of youth mentoring used to navigate systemic biases, reflect on why and how youth mentoring can be successful when supporting BAME youth in navigating structural barriers whilst developing confidence in their position and purpose in the UK.
