Celebrating professional excellence, economic contribution, achievements and the success of African communities and diaspora in the UK
Every year, the month of May is widely recognised as Africa month, a time when the world, particularly Africa and its global diaspora, commemorates the founding of the Organisation of African Unity (OAU) on 25 May 1963. Africa Day is the annual commemoration celebrated in various countries on the African continent, as well as around the world aimed at fostering continental unity and celebrating African diverse cultures.
