These sessions are for senior amateur boxers, aged 18 years and older, to learn the art of boxing.
As the junior amateur session and enhancing and progressing on the skills they have learned and undertaking sparring as they prepare to be a carded boxer. As an amateur boxer, if carded with England Boxing, they will also take part in boxing shows/bouts.
