Calling everyone aged 18-55 – you could save a life! This talk and online stem cell donor drive raises awareness about blood stem cell donation, including the shortage of stem cell donors available for Black patients.
People aged 18-55 from all backgrounds are encouraged to sign up to the DKMS stem cell registry.
Dr Shepherd is a Senior Lecturer in Stem Cell Biology in the University of Kent School of Biosciences and the local point of contact for individuals wishing to undertake their own drives.
