Formed in Norfolk, Virgina, USA by childhood friends, Ricardo and Tyrone Williams and Lecoy Bryant, Mass Production have produced timeless club anthems since the late 70s.

 

The group had a series of Disco/Jazz Funk hits in the late 1970s and early 1980s. This will be their first UK performance for over 40 years since the height of their success. Six of the original members, Larry “LaraJa”Marshall (lead vocals), Ricardo “ Ricky” Williams (lead vocals, percussion), Tyrone Williams (keyboards), Samuel “ The Banger” Williams (drums, vocals), James “Otiste” Drumgole ( Vocals), and LeCoy Bryant (lead/rhythm guitar, vocals) are still together and performing. They have added a new bass player, Al “Bumpy” Rogers and singer, Tanya Williams Faulk, the niece of Ricardo, Tyrone, and Sam, to complete the group.

Mass Production have produced numerous Club Anthems that still endure and continue to be played to this day across the world including Shante, Cosmic Lust, Welcome to our World, One More Chance, Angel and Slow Bump just to name a few.So let it be known, Mass Production’s World of Merry Music is still turning and they are Fired UP!!, still touring and recording a new album.
