Vanessa Kisuule leads this fun, interactive online workshop which takes the year participants were born as a starting prompt.
Held on Zoom, Kisuule provides a mix of visual and audio prompts with the aim of giving poets some new tools to add to their tried and tested methods of writing and performance.
It promises to be a session which is equal parts silly and sacred, revealing the infinite routes which lead to making a poem. Poets of all levels of experience are welcome.
The event is being held ahead of the launch of the Southbank Centre’s New Poets Collective in October this year.
