Was Africa Born in Me?

15 Sep 2019

‘I am not African because I was born in Africa, but because Africa was born in me,’ said Ghanaian leader Kwame Nkrumah. Join us for an open conversation on how we identify as African and what it means.

Black, Black-British, British-born African, African, African-Carribean, Afro-Latino, or simply of African heritage.

There are many labels, self-determined and otherwise, that describe our relationships to the continent.
